AstraZeneca is transitioning the administration of the AZ&Me™ Prescription Savings Program (AZ&Me) to our new supplier, LASH. During the transition, our new supplier experienced an unforeseen technical issue, which has led to unexpected delays. We have mobilized additional staff and are moving quickly to implement solutions to resolve the issue.
We sincerely apologize for any wait times or delays and want to assure you that we are working diligently to process refills for existing patients and applications for new patients. Our hope is that transitioning the administration of AZ&Me to our new supplier will improve capabilities in the long-term. AstraZeneca has been providing medicines to qualifying patients for 40 years through patient assistance programs and remains firmly committed to assisting eligible patients with their medicines. Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to resolve the issue and to improve the AZ&Me experience as quickly as possible.
