The AZ&Me Prescription Savings Program helps eligible patients without insurance or with Medicare access their AstraZeneca medications at no cost.
Most AstraZeneca medications are covered by the program. To see the current list of products on AZ&Me, click HERE.
The program does not cover generic medications—only AstraZeneca brand-name medications. To see the current list of products on AZ&Me, click HERE.
There is no fee to apply to AZ&Me and there is no fee to stay enrolled in the program.

Once you are officially enrolled, AZ&Me will reach out to your doctor’s office to get the prescription.
This is determined by the amount indicated by your doctor on the prescription, in addition to the specific guidelines for each medication. AZ&Me can send you up to a 90-day supply per fill.
Most products are eligible for automatic refill by default, while others require an address confirmation from the patient or health care provider before each shipment. Your refill becomes available after taking two-thirds of your current medication. This percentage is calculated from the date your most recent AZ&Me order was filled and is automatically determined by the pharmacy.
You can track your refill eligibility and provide shipment confirmation online. To sign in or register, click on the Sign In button at the top of this page and select Patient/Legally Authorized Representative or Prescriber/Office or call 1-800-292-6363.
Yes, we will send you an update to your preferred communication method once an order has been sent to the pharmacy, as well as once it has shipped with tracking information.
