Automatic Refills are now taking place for all non-refrigerated medications if there are fills remaining on your current prescription. Once all fills have been used, we will contact your physician to request a new prescription. No action is required on your part and you do not need to call into the program unless a change is needed prior to your next shipment. If a change is needed, please contact our program at (800) 292-6363 between the hours of 9am - 6pm EST Monday through Friday to connect with an AZ&Me team member for further assistance. Below are example reasons to contact us to update your prescription account:

Prescription Delivery Status:
You can check the status of your medication delivery by contacting our program at: (800) 292-6363. Select IVR prompt (2) “To check the status of your last fill request.”
If you’re unable to identify your delivery status utilizing the IVR phone prompts, select the option to be connected to an AZ&Me team member who can provide additional assistance.
