AstraZeneca is transitioning the administration of the AZ&Me™ Prescription Savings Program (AZ&Me) to our new supplier, LASH. During the transition, our new supplier experienced an unforeseen technical issue, which has led to longer-than-expected wait times and processing delays. We have resolved the technical issue and have implemented a number of actions to address these delays.
We sincerely apologize for any wait times or delays and want to assure you that we are working diligently to process outstanding applications for new patients. Our hope is that transitioning the administration of AZ&Me to our new supplier will improve capabilities in the long-term. AstraZeneca has been providing medicines to qualifying patients for 40 years through patient assistance programs and remains firmly committed to assisting eligible patients with their medicines. Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to improve the AZ&Me experience as quickly as possible.
